Uthapam recipe is a famous south indian breakfast recipe which tastes heavenly when served hot. A healthy equalent as it contains vegetaables and fully power packed with nutreints,A perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot grated
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 chilli chopped
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- dosa batter
Instructions
- Heat the pan and pour a ladleful of batter.
- Spread out in a circular motion slightly thicker and top with vegetable mixture uniformly and pat slightly.
- Also pour 1 tsp oil around the edges. Cover and let it cook to a golden brown from the bottom.
- Flip over and roast both sides.
- Finally, enjoy mixed vegetable uttapam with chutney.
