Healthy Granola Breakfast
Healthy and hearty whole grain an oats granola
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup raw nuts or seeds
- 1 tsp fine grain sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syp
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup dry fruits
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or coconut flakes
Instructions
- preheat oven together on 350 degrees
- in a large mixing bowl , combine the oats, nuts and seeds and cinnamon, stir to blend
- pour in the oil, maple syp, vanilla . mix well so that the ingredients are well coated
- pour the granola to the pan and use a large spoon to spread itevenly
- bake until golden for 20 to 25 minutes
- let the granola cool completely
- top with dried fruits or optional chocolate chips and break the clumps with a spoon
- store the granola in an air tight container at room temprature and enjoy with cold milk
- can be stored upto two weeks
