
Mixed Herb Grill Chicken
Healthy Grill Chicken Recipe with mixed herbs
Ingredients
- 250 Gm Chicken Tandoor style piece
- 2-3 TBSP Mixed Herbs
- 1 TSPN White Oil
- 1 TSPN Mustard Powder
- 1 TSPN Soya Sauce
- Salt To taste
- Sugar /Honey To Taste
- 1 TSPN Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 TBSP Curd
- 1 TSPN Black Pepper Powder Freshly Grinded
- 1 TSPN Vinegar/ Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all the above mentioned ingredients except for oil and let it marinade for 1 hour.Then heat a non-stick pan brush some white oil and add the chicken and close the Lid, after 5-7 mins flip the pieces and again cover and cook.
- Serve it with Hot herb rice or Hot Butter Rice
- For garnishing add some sauteed vegetables Grated Cheese and coriander leaves (optional)
